               With reference to the last paragraph of item No. 4   of the Minutes the meeting of  Minutes of Meeting of the Executive Committee of Divisional Association of BS&G, KVS State, Jammu Division, I am to request to send the details of Scout Masters and Cub Master of your vidyalaya in the format (excel format is attached), and email the same by 6.04.2013, to assign the warrant numbers.  

             Since the warrant numbers are essential for camps, kindly send the list immediately, so that the details of warrant numbers could be sent by 8^th April, 2013.
